Cajun Catch is throwback to the old days of a true family business. Our restaurant is built on the strengths of each member of the Phillips Family along with family friend Judy Myles. Sam Phillips as head cook leads the way in creating all of our homemade recipes with the freshest ingredients available. Assisting him is his wife, Patty who is involved in every aspect of the business. Equally helpful are his children Eric and Kelly. Eric helps in the kitchen making the each plate with precision and care. Kelly has customer service expertise, while serving in the kitchen too. Judy Myles, as our collaborator, keeps the business running at a very high efficiency level; she is instrumental in turning the dreams and ideas into reality!
